Frrgyu Dress – Return & Refund Policy
At Frrgyu Dress, we strive to ensure that every customer falls in love with their purchase. We understand, however, that sometimes online shopping may not go as planned, and we're here to make things right. If there's an issue with your order or if you need to return an item, we are happy to assist.
How to Return an Item
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Us Within 30 Days:
To begin the return process, please contact us via email at sale@frrgyu.com within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Your request will be handled promptly, and we will guide you through the next steps.
2. Provide the Following Details in Your Email:
In your email, kindly include the following information:
- Email Subject: "RETURN & REFUND"
- Full Name – The name associated with the order.
- Order Number – Your unique order number (found in your order confirmation email).
- Order Issue(s) – A brief description of why you are returning the item (e.g., incorrect size, damaged goods, etc.).
- Photos of the Items – Clear pictures of the items you wish to return, showing any damages or defects if applicable.
3. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unstained.
- All original tags must still be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping:
- Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover the cost of sending the item(s) back to our warehouse.
- Ensure that the items are safely packaged for return, as we are not liable for any damage incurred during the return shipping process.
- Please send your returns to the address provided by our customer service team once your return request is confirmed.
5. Refund Processing:
- Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the returned parcel.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, or if preferred, we can issue store credit for the returned amount.
- If the returned item is ineligible for a refund (due to non-compliance with our return conditions), we will contact you directly to discuss the matter.
Important Notes:
- Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that Goodie Bags and items purchased from our Sale section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Refunds vs. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.
Customer Responsibility:
- We encourage customers to ensure they order the correct size and carefully review their order before confirming the purchase, as returns due to incorrect sizing or changes of mind are subject to the policy above.
- Please ensure that you keep your tracking number and proof of postage for your returned parcel, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Return Address:
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address to send the items back. Please ensure all items are packed securely to prevent any damage during the return shipment.
